Aging comes with the years and there is nothing we can do about this. What we can change, is how we age.
30 minutes a day of cardio and/or resistance training can improve your overall health, it can reduce the medication intake for diabetes, hypertension, osteoporosis, arthritis
It also will maintain or improve your movements of daily living.
Based on your personal input during our intake, we will design a training program together. We will include mobility and stability training but maybe even more important the exercises you like to do.
We offer training in a private setting, but if you prefer to work out in the comfort of your own home, or outdoors we will make it happen.
We start with a consultation, together we gather all the information we need to personalize your training goal(s).
