Sport was and is my passion. I trained my whole life. I love to train.
I also struggle with my weight, my whole life.
After so many years of dieting, I choose to go into a different direction. In 2018, I decided to give my self one more chance to get a healthier weight and life style.
I started with incorporating healthier food, moderate exercise routine, 2 or 3 times a week. I found my self a workout routine which I loved.
I started to lose weight, and I know because I have been there, that 1 to 2 pounds a week sounds horrible if you know that you have to lose 100 pounds to reach your healthier weight. However, I started to feel great after losing only 5 pounds. I was ok with the slow approach; it was a mind set that worked. I achieved a much healthier weight.
In this journey, I became fascinated by the idea of being able to help others to achieve a healthier life style,. I followed this passion and became a certified Personal Trainer, Weight Management Specialist and Functional Aging Specialist.
I am continuing to follow my passion and now expanding my expertise in Sport Nutrition, so I will be able not only maintain my healthy weight but also to help others as well.
My mission is to develop a exercise routine together with you, a routine you can commit to.
